5 结语
目前,关于BNP在脑血管发病机制中的作用的研究尚处于初始阶段,对它的认识有待进一步深入。蛛网膜下腔出血早期BNP升高,对有症状的脑血管痉挛有预测价值,监测蛛网膜下腔出血患者血浆的BNP含量的变化可预测脑血管痉挛的发生及判断脑血管痉挛的程度。BNP可作为临床观察蛛网膜下腔出血后脑血管痉挛严重程度及预后的重要实验室指标,有助于指导临床用药和评估病情,为临床选择治疗方案提供依据。
综上所述,我们可以认为BNP是一种由中枢和外周(心室肌细胞)分泌的利尿利钠排钾,且与水电解质平衡和维持血压恒定密切相关的生物活性多肽。因此,BNP对中枢神经系统的某些疾病的发生发展具有重要影响。但是BNP在机体病理条件下分泌异常的机制还有待进一步研究。进一步阐明其变化规律及影响因素,对维持机体正常水盐代谢有特别重要的意义。随着进一步的研究,相信在蛛网膜下腔出血的防治方面起到积极的作用。
