GF阳性肿瘤预后较差，可能与bFGF提高胶原酶活性和纤维蛋白溶酶原激活因子，使肿瘤细胞易于侵入周围组织有关［８］。从而推测肝癌细胞产生的bFGF可能有多方面的作用，它可提高肝癌细胞分泌的蛋白水解酶的活性，使肝癌细胞侵入周围组织，还可通过旁分泌方式刺激血管内皮细胞分裂增殖，使肝癌组织血管化加快并发生转移［８］。肝癌发生常伴有肝纤维化和肝硬化，这也提示bFGF在肝癌发生和发展中起一定的作用［９］。
   
    总之，关于bFGF在肝癌发生发展中的作用及机制还有待于进一步研究，以便为肝癌的临床诊断与治疗提供实验依据。
