4 结语
总之,慢性疲劳综合征的病因不明,且对治疗慢性疲劳综合征还没有行之有效的方法。虽然适宜的步行等运动有可能缓解慢性疲劳综合征患者的症状,改善机体免疫功能异常的状态,但运动对治疗慢性疲劳综合征的效果并没有达成共识。不过,可以试用有氧运动疗法,辅助治疗慢性疲劳综合征,达到促进健康的目的。
