　　论文摘要：创新是指企业家将生产要素和生产条件的一种从未有过的新“组合”，通过引入生产系统以获得“超额利润”的过程。创新是一个民族进步的灵魂，是一个国家兴旺发达的不竭动力。企业的技术创新是指企业家抓住市场潜在的盈利机会，在企业的经济活动中引入新产品或新工艺，通过建立效能更强、效率更高和生产费用更低的生产经营系统，实现生产要素的重新组合，达到在市场上取得成功的最终目标。企业的技术创新是推动社会发展的原动力之一， 随着新技术革命的发展，技术创新已经成为当今世界经济发展的主旋律，创新在国家经济中的主导作用越来越明显，并成为企业生存和发展的关键。

　　本文《正泰集团技术创新问题与对策研究》在阐述了技术创新等有关理论的基础上，从分析正泰集团技术创新的现状及存在问题入手，以实践和理论的视角对企业技术创新问题进行了深入探讨，简要介绍了正泰集团的企业文化、技术创新现状及企业技术创新的模式特点，剖析了正泰集团未能规避和适应不健全的技术创新法制环境、技术创新融资困难、技术创新激励不到位、对技术成果的知识产权保护意识差、企业不善于利用外部技术来源等问题及成因，并提出了推动民营企业正泰技术创新需规避和适应技术创新的法制环境、拓宽融资渠道解决技术创新融资困难问题、建立对企业内部创新人员的有效激励制度、加强技术创新的知识产权管理工作以及加强与外部技术主体的合作等相应对策。

　　改革开放以来，我国民营企业发展迅速，主要经济指标都保持了持续增长的势头，并逐渐成为我国社会主义市场经济的重要组成部分和推动科技进步、经济发展的重要力量。但是，民营企业也面临着许多困难和问题。如何建立完善民营企业技术创新体系，推动民营企业技术创新和发展，为我国经济增长做出贡献，是摆在我们面前必须予以解决的重要课题。因此，研究和探讨民营企业技术创新的有关问题具有一定的现实和理论意义。
