抗菌药诱导的内毒素释放作用(2)

  内毒素的生物活性广泛而强烈,对机体造成严重的损害。由于不同的抗菌药诱导内毒素释放的量不同,因此在抗菌药的研究设计中除了考虑到杀菌效力外,还应考虑到可能诱导内毒素释放的问题。对于败血症病人,由于菌血症也是一个致死因素,抗菌药仍然是必不可少的治疗手段,因此,在治疗中应采取合理的治疗方案以防止或减轻内毒素血症。
