凝血因子VLeiden与妊娠病理(2)

ina等[10]认为,临床标本最好经过去除 fV的特殊处理后进行检测, abound[28]建议首先区分症状性和非症状性 fV leiden突变,筛选后进行 fV leiden突变的检测。 fV基因突变的测定一般采用聚合酶链反应( pCR)等分子生物学技术进行。但除 fV leiden以外的突变容易漏查或误查,恰当的引物选择是保证检测结果真实性的关键[29,30,31]。
总之,凝血因子 v的 leiden突变是 aPC抵抗的主要遗传学因素,可造成凝血纤溶系统的平衡失调,产生高凝状态,可能参与不明原因的复发性流产、先兆子痫等异常妊娠的遗传学发病过程。目前小规模的临床研究已初见端倪,但具体的关系尚需大规模的临床检测。可见,凝血因子 v的基因突变研究在妊娠病理的基础及临床应用领域有广阔的发展前景。
