fMRI是20世纪90年代在磁共振基础上发展起来的脑功能成像技术。fMRI结合了血氧水平依赖性原理和回波平面成像技术,能得出反映脑激活状态的功能图像。fMRI在脑认知研究和神经活动定位等方面有很大的应用潜力。近年来,国内外学者应用fMRI研究感知觉、学习、记忆、思考、语言等认知活动的神经生理机制,取得了大量研究成果,但应用该技术来准确推断大脑高级功能,仍需要大量理论与实验的深入研究。
