采用3DCRT脑干和视神经受量增加,可能与加设头顶野有关,从BEV设野窗口下可见,靶区包绕脑干和视神经部分体积,因此引起受量增加. 但是,脑干和视神经的正常耐受剂量为V3/3 50 Gy,采用3DCRT法,两者受量均明显低于此范围. 我们认为这一剂量是安全的,同时能很好地保护了双侧晶体和腮腺及两侧颞颌关节,提高患者的生存质量.
