态.关于NO合酶抑制剂在缺氧缺血性脑损伤中的 作用仍有较多争议.有报道认为,NO抑制剂可减轻缺血缺氧损伤后脑水肿的程度,具有脑组织的保护作用[9] ;但另有研究表明,NO对于新生大鼠耐受缺氧具有重要作用[10] ,NO是ET在体内的生物抗衡物质[7] ,本实验结果亦支持该观点,缺氧早期NO可对抗ET的缩血管作用,在一定程度上改善脑缺氧缺血状态.因此,脑缺氧缺血时应根据不同的时机有选择的应用NO合成酶抑制剂.
总之,ET和NO在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病中均起着重要作用,但其在作用中的地位可能存在着一定的时间效应.因此,在HIE的不同阶段应采取适当的方法来调整两者之间的浓度,使之达到平衡,方可减少脑损害.
