庄子、孟子和郭店儒简论“性”(3)

性”的大致探讨,我们知道:1、三者论“性”均体现了他们各自的人生价值追求、对人生意义的看法和人怎样能安身立命的问题。这也是战国中期社会动乱、战争不断的情形在思想界所体现的现实关怀。2、三者都要求性情一致,但具体内涵有异。庄子是以人的天性与道之情一致的“以天合天”,而孟子与郭店儒简则体现了儒家重“情”的特点,肯定人的自然感情,要人诚信不伪,情性一致。同时孟子对“性”进行了“善”的价值规定,而儒简的“性”则包含情之气,情之气兼有善或不善。3、郭店儒简以情为始,重教修身,矫正身心,与孟子相似,所论“性自命出”,命规定性,与庄子有一致之处,但是它把情作为性的本质,性包含情则与庄子不同。

A Discourse on Xing of Chuang Tzu ,Mencius and Confucian Bamboo-Slips of
Abstract:The discussion on Xing of Chuang Tzu and Mencius respectively stand for different pursuits of the Confucianism and Taoism in the midst of the Period of War-states, and the Confucianism Bamboo-Slips of Guodian represented partly identical view of points between the Confucianism and Taoism. This paper analyzed their view of points from the relations among Xing and Ming,Xin,Qing,which revealed their different clues to settle down and get on with people’s pursuits.
