网新易尚公司作为供应商首先公布订货价格Wq，订货浮动比例a，即订货量上下浮百分比分别是1+a和1-a。然后其分销商决定订购q个单位，在分销商对需求量进行优化观测后且在交货期结束前的短时期内，允许分销商改变其最初订货量，但是订货增加比例不得高于1+a,即分销商订购量不得低于R。

当分销商希望订购量x<=R时，订购量Q1=R；当分销商希望订购量R〈x<N时，订购量Q1=x;当分销商希望订购量x>=N时，订购量Q1=N，
