我国民办高职院校办学特色研究

       摘要民办高职院校是我国高等教育不可分割的重要组成部分,是适应我国高等教育大众化的产物,在我国高等教育系统中占据着独特地位,并呈现出了良好的发展前景。在当前高等教育扩招和鼓励民办教育发展的形式下,民办高职院校的发展面临新的重要拐点。加强我国民办高职院校办学特色建设不仅成为我国民办高职院校的生存战略,更重要的是已经成为我国民办高职院校的发展战略。我国民办高职院校由于办学时间短,在办学实践中不可避免的存在一些问题,其中办学特色问题关系到我国民办职业院校的生存和发展。为提升整体办学实力,优化教育教学质量,民办高职院校必须站在发展战略高度,才能采取有效措施强化办学特色。本文主要以我国民办高职院校为研究对象,以办学特色为研究问题;采用文献研究法、案例分析法、比较研究法和访谈法;借助研读的相关文献和办学特色资料,理论研究与数据资料相结合,从组织制度、师资聘任、专业设置、育人模式和校园文化五个方面对比分析了我国民办高职院校的办学特色,并指出我国民办高职院校在具体办学实践中存在的问题,在此基础上,论述了培育我国民办高职院校办学特色的策略,旨在促进我国民办高职院校办学特色的发展。

      ABSTRACTPrivate Higher Vocational Colleges are an integral and important part of theChina Higher Education,adapting to the product of Mass Higher Education,playing aunique role in China’S Higher Education System,and showing a good developmentprospects.Under the current situation of Mass Higher Education and encouraging thedevelopment of Private Higher Vocational Colleges,the development of PrivateHigher Vocational Colleges faces new and important inflection point.Strengthening the construction of the Private Higher Vocational College’SSchool—running Characteristic,it not only becomes the survival strategy of the PrivateHigher Vocational Colleges,but also it becomes the development strategy of PrivateHigher Vocational Colleges.Due to running—time short,Private Higher VocationalColleges inevitably encounter many problems,School-running Characteristic issuerelating to the survival and development of Private Higher Vocational Colleges.Inorder to enhancing the overall educational strength,optimizing the quality ofeducation and teaching,Private Higher Vocational Colleges must stand on thedevelopment of a strategic height,to take effective measures to strengthen theSchool—running Characteristic.Thispaper mainly focus on Private Higher Vocational Colleges,explanation theproblem of School—running Characteristic;it takes the measure of documentaryresearch,case studies,comparative study and interviews;with studying the relevantliterature and school characteristics information;combining theoretical research anddata,from an organizational system,teacher appointments,professional settings,themode of education andcampus culture compare the features of Private HigherVocational College’S School—running Characteristic,and it points out the problems ofthe Private Higher Vocational College’S specific educational practice,on this basis,discussing the countermeasures ofthe cultivating Private Higher Vocational College’SSchool—running Characteristic,final aim is promoting the development of the HigherVocationalCollege’S School—running Characteristic
