雁城宾馆培训管理系统研究(硕士毕业论文)(14)

二、构建了更加有利于培训效果转化的雁城宾馆培训体系构建后的员工培训体系加强了培训需求调查分析、培训实施力度、培训效果评估并且从实施保障上提高了各级管理者对培训的支持力度,使员工培训内容的设计能够有的放矢,能够激发员工的参训热情,使培训效果更好地转化成经济效益。

三、构建后的员工培训体系可以避免雁城宾馆人力资源的危机构建后的员工培训体系提高了宾馆的培训效率,能够在较短的时期内提高员工的业务素质水平,在很大程度上规避了招工难和员工流动率高所带来的人力资源风险。

四、构建后的员工培训体系可以提离雁城宾馆在市场中的竞争力构建后的员工培训体系在雁城宾馆内部能够建立学习型的企业文化,在培训效果得到更好转化的同时,也使员工个人与组织的学习能力增强,员工的业务技能不断提高,增强企业在市场中的竞争力。
