雁城宾馆培训管理系统研究(硕士毕业论文)

摘 要

随着国内宾馆行业竞争的加剧,宾馆经营效益持续下滑,导致员工收入停滞不前,员工流动率提高。宾馆为了避免人力资源危机,必须对现有人力资源进行开发,即对员工开展科学、高效的培训工作。对于宾馆行业,培训在塑造学习型组织,培育与加强企业竞争能力、保证组织可持续发展的过程中也扮演着重要角色。

本文以雁城宾馆为实证研究对象,在对中国宾馆业和湖南本地宾馆市场的整体发展所面临的机遇和挑战进行总括性描述后,以理论分析与实践调研相结合、定量分析与定性分析相结合的研究方法进行研究。运用培训体系相关理论,借鉴外资企业培训工作的经验,描述了雁城宾馆当前培训工作的现状,分析了存在的问题,提出建立科学、完善培训体系的必要性;结合培训体系建立要求和雁城宾馆现实,研究、设计出一套适合雁城宾馆实际的、科学完善的培训体系模式。其中针对宾馆业培训工作繁重的特点,提出了必须在雁城宾馆设立完善、高效培训机构的观点,并论述了如何构建适当的培训管理体系。最后本文论述了雁城宾馆培训评估体系的构建与实施方法。

ABSTRACT

 

With the domestic hotel industry competition intensifies, the continued decline in hotel operating efficiency, resulting in stagnant income employees, staff turnover increase. In order to avoid the crisis of need for the existing human resources, Hotel human resources should develop scientific staff and efficient training system. For the hotel industry, training in creating a learning organization, nurturing and strengthening the competitiveness of the enterprises and to ensure the sustainable development organizations also play an important role in the process.  

Based on an empirical study of wild City hotels target Chinain theHunanlocal hotels and guesthouses in the overall development of market opportunities and challenges facing the overarching description, the study of theory and practice of combining analysis and quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis of the combined study was carried out. Use the training system theory and draw on the experience and training of foreign-funded enterprises, and describes the current training wild City Hotel The current situation, the problems that exist, the establishment of science and the need to improve the training system;Combine to create a system for training requirements and guesthouses southeast reality, and research and design a suitable guesthouse southern outskirts of wild City real, Scientific comprehensive training mode. In view of the heavy workload of the hotel industry training which features a wild City Hotel to be set up in a complete and efficient training institutions, and also discussed how to build a proper training system. This paper discusses the wild city Hotel final assessment system of training and implementation.
